                              RESOLUTION NO. 21652
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
                 NO. 53B-1, SPRING CREEK AND FORT OGLETHORPE
                 PUMP STATIONS, TO JONES ENVIRONMENTAL
                 CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THEIR LOW BID IN THE
                 AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND
                 DOLLARS ($775,000.00), SUBJECT TO CERTAIN
                 CONDITIONS.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. 53B-1, Spring Creek and Fort Oglethorpe 
Pump
       Stations, to Jones Environmental Construction, Inc. for their low 

       bid in the amount of $775,000.00, subject to obtaining easements
       and a loan from the State of Georgia.
